Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the overall guest experience in our recreational facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recreation and Entertainment to achieve operational excellence and align with the company's goals.
  • Lead a team of recreation professionals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recreational facilities remain competitive and appealing.
  • Manage the scheduling and workflow of the recreation team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or recreation setting, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the recreation team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of recreation and wellness principles, including water safety and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
