Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Skills Hub Recruitment Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in data entry and manage databases with precision, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, using Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools.
  • Handle encoding tasks, including basic data encoding, formatting, and conversion, using basic encoding software and tools.
  • Provide technical support for basic software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field, demonstrating administrative skills and knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of computer encoding and data management, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic encoding software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
