Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide outstanding guest services, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Possess sophisticated communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Task Management: Handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and collective under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of our guests and the hotel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Opera PMS systems, with the ability to type 25 words per minute.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, with a hospitality diploma an asset.
  • Cash Handling: Have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately.
