About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team at Dover Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for leading the sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth for the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive actions and execution to exceed commercial and financial targets.
- Identify and select new channel partners to deliver growth strategy.
- Monitor market opportunities and threats, and stay up-to-date on competition activities.
- Use sales tools to map sales efficiency, prospects, and revenue progression.
- Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help distributors work out their sales tactics, while partnering with marketing and pre-sales technical service teams.
- Participate in daily partner meetings with end customers, and perform prospecting and follow-up tasks for large global, regional, and national accounts.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Market/Business Development roles within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions focused on Distributor/Partner management.
- Customer relations management experience is strongly desired. Strong ability to drive change and influence is essential.
- Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams or projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Traveling more than 30% abroad the country, with 50% activity on the field.
- Ability to create and develop high-value-added propositions.
