**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Guest Relations Assistant to join our team at Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station and respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supply guests with directions and information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and visitors as needed.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Cash guests' checks, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change as required.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft or suspicious activity.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing guest transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
