Job Description

The Culinary Department at Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of the culinary leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food production in one of our outlets, ensuring top-quality products are delivered according to hotel standards.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new cuisine concepts, assist in menu planning and costing, and ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to organizational standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent intradepartmental communication through log books and other memoranda.
