Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Knight Frank. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the selection process.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies: Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and securing job offers.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Feedback: Share feedback with hiring managers regarding candidate suitability and arrange candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate sourcing methodologies.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, policies, and procedures, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
