Job Overview: As an Air Arabia ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety on board our flights. Your role will involve promoting a positive corporate image, enhancing the overall customer experience, and providing excellent service to all passengers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-flight briefings to ensure awareness of flight details, roles, targets, and security checks.
- Instruct passengers on safety procedures and identify areas of safety risks.
- Administer first aid when necessary and inform the Cabin Supervisor or Flight Crew of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Provide constant excellent customer service by attending to individual passenger requests and needs.
Safety Measures:
- Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights.
- Maintain proficiency in emergency equipment and report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Clean and re-cater the aircraft cabin at transit stations and hand over/takeover duties with cleaning and/or maintenance staff.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
- Fitness to fly, good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
