About The Role
As a key member of our management team, you will participate in the development of budgets, staffing plans, training programs, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Your expertise will help drive guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in a front office or guest services management role within a luxury hotel. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for effective team management and task prioritization. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to interact with guests and staff at all levels. Proficiency in Opera PMS, ALICE, and SAGA is advantageous, as is fluency in English (both oral and written), with additional language skills being a plus.
