Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating HR activities.
- Coordinate employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support business decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in HR and office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP or other HR and administrative software.
