Additional Requirements
  1. Support the EPRI sales staff in Member Services and EPRI International, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to communicate research results and technical information to program members, potential members, and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with other EPRI teams and technical programs to drive innovation and advance our mission.
  4. Organize and execute external and interdepartmental activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and products within budget.
  5. Support the planning and execution of complex project work, preparing and presenting research reports to stakeholders.
  6. Manage small to medium-sized projects, including budgets and resources, to ensure successful delivery.
  7. Interface with national and international technical networks, establishing relationships with manufacturers, consultants, academia, and research organizations.
  8. Support proposal efforts and new promotional work, developing research or services opportunities that align with EPRI's mission and capabilities.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring their growth and development within the organization.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required. 8-10 years of experience.

It is a critical requirement of this role that the successful candidate will have to work with export-controlled technology/information.
