Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Dmcdubai in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to drive market growth and achieve company sales goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  3. Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of the saloon division and implement cost-saving measures to meet budget guidelines.
  4. Launch new products and services to focus on the right markets and innovations that align with brand priorities and strategies.
  5. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the performance and development of the sales team.
  6. Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with sales team members to provide feedback, coaching, and guidance.
  7. Prepare and present business proposals to top management to secure funding and resources.
  8. Provide timely feedback to top management on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure accurate and competitive pricing on all products and services.
  10. Assist in the recruitment of sales executives based on agreed-upon criteria.
  11. Consult and coach the sales team to boost motivation and selling skills.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular market visits and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  13. Manage stock levels of assigned products and ensure timely restocking.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in the haircare business.
  3. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  4. UAE driving license and own car are required.
