- Issue Resolution: Manage in-service issues related to client portfolios, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously develop aftermarket program standards as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and ability to create strong relationships with clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of standard office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
This role requires frequent travel to the Middle East region (30% of working time) and working in a multicultural environment.
