Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager and Sales Manager in executing commercial and sales tasks, as well as planning and executing detailed action plans to support revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Support: Assist the Commercial Manager and Sales Manager in executing commercial and sales tasks, demonstrating a high degree of passion for selling and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and create commercial reports and statistics on request, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Revenue Generation: Plan and execute detailed action plans to support revenue generation in assigned customer segments, identifying opportunities to beat the competition and drive business growth.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, including preparing budgets, strategy plans, forecasts, and marketing/PR plans.
  • Account Management: Actively and independently manage allocated accounts to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, building strong relationships with key customers.
  • Rate Management: Ensure that all rates are loaded correctly in systems and channels, maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
  • Revenue Innovation: Invest time in searching for innovative approaches to generate revenue, sharing ideas with the Commercial Manager on a regular basis.
  • Guest Experience: Take time to be a great host and engage with guests in our hotel daily, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
