As a Paralegal Specialist at BlackStone eIT, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our legal processes run smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our legal professionals.

  • Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Preparation of legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
  • Conducting legal research and summarizing findings to support ongoing cases and projects
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal files
  • Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other legal documents
  • Assisting in the management of case calendars and deadlines
  • Effective communication with clients, witnesses, and third parties
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant legal regulations and procedures
  • Supporting the legal team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing documentation
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is required for this position
  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is essential for success in this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with the legal team
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software is a must for this position
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal files
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also a key requirement for this position
