About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering revenue targets for the Global Markets Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the financial markets. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with the Cluster/Regional Head and team of Corporate Sales personnel to market the GM franchise and build relationships with Corporate & Institutional Banking entities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain highest quality of client service & delivery by timely revert.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Professional streams such as Accounting, Economics, Banking or Financial Management.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Financial Markets, with knowledge of Global Market products.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, thorough and highly responsible with a good attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a high volume and high-pressure environment.
