  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure the integrity of our inventory management system.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure materials are available for production schedules and to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to materials.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis and reporting on material usage and inventory levels to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a material coordinator or similar role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
