Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer handling, including timely renewal of rates, follow-up for repeat business, and collecting payment on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Freight Management: Manage ocean freighting, air freighting, warehousing, and distribution operations, including export, import, and X-trade sales (both FCL & LCL).
  2. Customs Clearance & Transportation: Coordinate customs clearance and transportation for both export and import shipments, including ocean and air freighting.
  3. Break Bulk / ODC Shipments: Handle break bulk and ODC shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  4. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through customer retention and development of new client relationships.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Competitive Salary Package: A competitive salary package, including other employee benefits as per UAE labour law.
