Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute thorough training programs for all hotel personnel, ensuring compliance with luxury service standards.
  • Facilitate practical training sessions and classroom instruction to improve the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Work in partnership with department leaders to assess training requirements and create tailored training solutions.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee uniformity and adherence across all departments.
  • Assess and review the effectiveness of training initiatives, making necessary modifications to enhance results.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and other educational resources to bolster learning initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in providing hospitality training within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in both practical training and classroom settings.
  • Strong grasp of structured training processes and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOPs associated with luxury hotel operations and training.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a dedication to upholding high service standards.
