Responsibilities


  1. Conduct routine inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues
  2. Coordinate and oversee repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks
  3. Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and restaurant equipment
  4. Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

  7. Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient facility management

Requirements


  1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
