Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including sellers and buyers, to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  2. Product Presentation: Present the features and benefits of our cars during field viewings, including test drives and demonstrations.
  3. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure the successful transfer of vehicles.
  4. Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and understand the needs of our customers to provide personalized recommendations.
  5. Communication and Negotiation: Assist with customer queries and questions via phone and email, and negotiate sales to achieve targeted margins.
  6. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and understand the various audiences within the motors industry.
  7. Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Product Promotion: Promote various car models to meet the interests of our buyers.
  9. Inspection Report Management: Understand and explain the inspection report to customers, including vehicle condition, service, warranty, and history.
  10. System Updates: Update viewings and add comments to the system accurately and on time.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably within the motors industry.
  2. CRM Software: Experience using CRM software or apps, with Salesforce being a plus.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  4. Closing Skills: Strong closing skills to achieve targeted sales and margins.
  5. Customer Service: Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success.
  6. Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  7. Customer Service Training: Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
  8. Driver's License: Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to meet new and existing clients.
