Job Purpose:

The primary role of the Senior Application Support Specialist / Application Owner is to deliver essential technical assistance concerning various software applications and system-level tools.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of software applications and their related hardware and network systems.
  • Managing the change management process from the initiation of changes through analysis, implementation, and deployment.
  • Overseeing contracts and licenses related to applications and their respective vendors.

  • Validating health check reports from vendors and partners.
  • Ensuring that solutions adhere to the client's technical standards and governance, while effectively communicating IT department responses.

  • Conducting periodic analyses of production incidents and ensuring root cause analysis is performed for critical issues.
  • Staying informed about the latest technology trends, standards, and best practices.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Follow up on official communications received by the Executive Director's Office, including letters and emails, to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  2. Maintain correspondence and official documents within a centralized document preservation system.
  3. Track the status of messages received from various sectors and departments.
  4. Prepare for evaluations related to the Executive Director's Office.
  5. Cover the responsibilities of the Executive Director's secretary during their absence.
  6. Compile monthly reports concerning correspondence directed to the Executive Director.
  7. Manage incoming and outgoing communications from the Executive Director's Office through the designated system.
  8. Coordinate with the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Board to ensure directives are executed.
  9. Ensure that correspondences without a specific end date are addressed within a two-month timeframe.
  10. Guarantee timely provision of all requirements and avoid delays in their completion.
  11. Receive messages requiring the Executive Director's approval and forward them to the relevant authority upon consent.
  12. Conduct periodic updates and follow-ups on shared files.
  13. Assist with tasks related to the Executive Director's Office, including the preparation of meeting minutes and presentations.
