About the Role:

TP-Link MEA FZE is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Gulf countries. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing high-performing sales teams, strong strategic acumen, and a deep understanding of the Gulf market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire the regional sales team to maximize performance.
  3. IDentify new business opportunities, key partners, and distribution channels to expand market share.
  4. Maintain strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the Gulf region, preferably in networking or IT products.
  • Experience working with consultants and public sector end-users.
  • Strong track record of managing sales teams in multicultural environments.
  • Established contacts within the Gulf IT and networking industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Gulf region.
