Job Summary

This role involves promoting and selling Imdad's products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and constantly. Product Specialist tasks also include performing certain after sales support functions such as conducting In-Service Training, follow up on the collection, and maintaining a good relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Activities: Perform consultative method of sales in prospecting clients, identifying or creating the need for Imdad products, and continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Customer Meetings: Schedule appointments with existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and determine other opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on customer's site through the effective use of company's sales aids and marketing data.
  • Customer Information: Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, update customer's database with proper contact details, and submit weekly reports on sales activities.
  • Account Management: Assist in following up the accounts receivables for sales accounts under his/her responsibility and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering, or any scientific related degree.
  • 2-3 years' experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales in UAE.
  • Driving License and car.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
  • Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to perform well under pressure.
