Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive support to our trade corporate and direct customers across all sales channels within the UAE Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide technical advice and support to internal and external customers on all sales-related queries, fares, and pricing.
  2. Group Travel and Charter Flights: Evaluate, negotiate, and secure group travel requests, charter flights, and MICE deals, and assist customers with booking, ticketing, and special requirements.
  3. Market Intelligence: Gather and share relevant information on competitors' fares, rules, special incentives, promotions, policies, market trends, and sales processes on a daily basis, and provide recommendations to improve our market position and minimize revenue impact.
  4. Agency Debit and Refund Management: Process all queries related to Agency Debit Advisory (ADA), Agency Debit Memos (ADM), dispute/reversal, Refund Summary Adjustment Note (RSAN), Sales Summary Adjustment Note (SSAN), and Refund Application (RA) using relevant tools and complete audits when required.
  5. Trade Booking and Ancillary Support: Handle trade-related general booking queries, including medical assistance, Skywards, and other ancillaries, and liaise with relevant departments to deliver high-quality customer service.
  6. Event Support: Provide booking and ticketing support for EK-sponsored events by coordinating with internal and external customers and ensuring allocated budgets are effectively utilized and accurate records are maintained.
  7. Corporate Travel Agreements: Prepare and handle EK corporate travel agreements for all accounts and communicate booking and ticketing conditions to trade partners.
  8. Commercial Stakeholder Support: Assist commercial stakeholders with inaugural flight invitations by coordinating with important passengers (IP/VIP/CIP) and ensuring all booking and ticketing requirements are met.
  9. Procedure Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date EK booking and ticketing procedures and policies on Emirates Partner Portal (EPP) for all trade partners to minimize queries on all communication mediums.
  10. Trade Communication: Promptly distribute trade communication (B2B) endorsed and provided by CCMB to all internal and external customers.

Requirements:

Qualifications: 12 Years schooling or equivalent.

Experience: Commercial/Sales. Other: 5 Years.

Knowledge/Skills: Experience in Commercial and sales experience in an airline or travel agency. In-depth knowledge of the UAE travel market, world geography, fare construction, and booking/ticketing procedures. Proficient in MS Office Applications, Salesforce, EK reservation systems, and any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a highly contributing team in a fast-paced environment. Communicate fluently in English with strong interpersonal skills and drive to continuously exceed customer expectations.
