Job Description:

As a Business Coordinator with INDEX Holding, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process client orders for scrubs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with our tailoring team to schedule production and delivery timelines, maintain order records, and update inventory accordingly. Effective communication with clients is crucial in this role, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, updates on orders, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

In addition to client communication, you will be responsible for inspecting finished scrubs for quality and accuracy before delivery to ensure they meet client specifications and shop standards. You will also coordinate with the tailoring team to address any quality issues and implement corrective measures as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic knowledge of tailoring or garment production processes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process client orders for scrubs
  • Coordinate with the tailoring team to schedule production and delivery timelines
  • Maintain order records and update inventory accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding fabric options, customization requests, and pricing
  • Inspect finished scrubs for quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with the tailoring team to address quality issues
  • Monitor inventory levels of fabric, thread, and other materials required for scrub production
  • Place orders for materials as needed
  • Assist in promoting the shop's scrub products through various channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
