Job Description

Synergy Project Management is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves helping build up the business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them.

Maintaining relationships with current clients and building and maintaining relationships with new clients are essential responsibilities of this position.

  1. Client Meetings: Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Demonstrating and presenting products to potential clients.
  3. New Business Establishment: Establishing new business relationships and expanding existing ones.
  4. Sales Strategies: Setting sales goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
  5. Research and Lead Generation: Researching prospects and generating leads through various channels.
  6. Customer Engagement: Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person to build relationships.
  7. Customer Support: Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
  8. Quote Preparation: Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to clients.
  9. Sales Process Management: Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  10. CRM Database Maintenance: Building and maintaining a CRM database to track client interactions.
  11. Sales Performance: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  12. Team Collaboration: Participating in sales team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
  • At least five years of industry sales experience.
