We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Front Office team as a Team Leader - Front Desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to Front Desk Agents and Guest Services team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Maintaining effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Providing guidance and support to team members.
- Maintaining accurate billing and attachment procedures.
- Ensuring accurate guest registration records.
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service.
