  • Professional telephone etiquette and a thorough understanding of reservations policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with the services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel.
  • The skill to greet and seat guests in the restaurant in a warm and friendly manner, setting the tone for a memorable guest experience.
  • Maintenance of a welcoming and attractive entrance to the restaurant and adequate coverage.
  • Inspection of tables to ensure they are clean and set before guests are seated.
  • Solicitation of feedback from guests on the quality of their experience and reporting any issues to outlet managers.
  • Contribution to service when needed.
  • Collaboration with the Cashier and provision of relief during breaks.
