Pricing and Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Growth Associate to join our team at Property Finder Group. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end pricing projects, building and maintaining pricing models, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer value.
  • Pricing Model Development: Design, build, and maintain pricing models for existing and new products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Pricing Change Management: Coordinate and implement pricing changes, updates, and model refreshes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Business Impact Analysis: Track and analyze the impact of pricing changes on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Dashboard Design and Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective pricing dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of pricing performance.
  • Pricing Documentation and Change History: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing documentation, including change history and impact analysis.
  • Pricing Roadmap and Automation: Develop and implement a pricing roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Commercial and Product Support: Provide strategic support to commercial and product teams, driving business growth through pricing levers and new pricing models.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in pricing tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of business operations and commercial principles.
