Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives traffic and revenue for our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Design and implement a multi-channel digital marketing plan that includes online distribution management, database acquisition, email campaigns, search engine optimization, social media strategy, online advertising, mobile marketing, and tracking and analysis.
  • Manage E-Commerce Strategy
    • Oversee the development and execution of an e-commerce strategy that includes all online marketing efforts, such as traffic and revenue generation programs via SEO, SEM, affiliate relationships, email, and other online mechanisms.
  • Preserve Brand Standards
    • Ensure that brand standards and price consistency are maintained across all online distribution channels.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Collect and analyze market intelligence on threats and opportunities to inform marketing decisions.
  • E-Tools Management
    • Manage various e-tools, including eCRM, websites' CMSs, and social media management platforms.
  • Destination-Focused Web Strategy
    • Develop a destination-focused web strategy that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Strategic Alliances
    • Build and maintain strategic alliances with online travel agencies.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online marketing initiatives and support the development of the online strategy within the hotel.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing function, preferably in the digital marketing field.
  • Skills
    • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
    • Passion for the digital world and ability to learn quickly.
    • Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML knowledge.
    • Comfortable working with photo-editing software and Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
    • Past experience purchasing online display advertising and coordinating online campaigns.
    • Knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing practices.
