We are seeking an exceptional BIM Strategist to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives at Level-Up. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive BIM strategies that align with the organization's goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • BIM Strategy Development: Design and execute a robust BIM strategy that drives business value, enhances project delivery, and fosters collaboration across teams.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team of BIM professionals by providing guidance on best practices, software utilization, and innovative approaches to BIM.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Software Management: Oversee the selection and implementation of BIM software and tools, ensuring the team is proficient in their use and stays up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models to ensure adherence to established standards and project requirements.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for staff on BIM tools, processes, and best practices, encouraging ongoing professional development.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related inquiries from clients and stakeholders, demonstrating the value of BIM through presentations and project demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; a postgraduate qualification in BIM or digital construction is highly valued.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in BIM management or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and familiarity with other design tools and technologies.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in BIM or related fields are preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a diverse audience.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about challenges and opportunities within BIM processes.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
