Job Summary

As a Training Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful learning experiences by coordinating training schedules, curating engaging content, and optimizing the LMS for an enhanced user experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the digital platform in coordination with assigned consultants/trainers
  • Assigning learning courses and tracks to specified users as per program design
  • Scheduling and planning training activities in coordination with respective consultants/trainers and plan rooms availability, booking, and arrangements
  • Planning training logistics (i.e. lunch ordering, break timings, stationery, and printing requirements)
  • Monitoring learning progress and assessment completion, issuance of training certificates
  • Producing regular reports for training completion and progress
  • Monthly and quarterly L&D dashboard
  • Monthly training days reconciliation with respective businesses
  • Consolidating all work done throughout the month and converting it into articles for Intranet, Internet, Automotive Leaders, and HR Connect Updates

A relevant degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Information Technology, along with 2 years' experience within a similar role or fresh graduate status, is required. Proficiency in MS Office, HR, Project Management, and digital tools is essential.
