Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at IIQAFGROUP. As a key member of our certification team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing warranty claims for our certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warranty Claims Processing: Review and process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Warranty Policy Development: Develop and maintain the warranty policy for our certification programs, ensuring that it is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with the certification team to ensure that warranty claims are handled efficiently and in a timely manner, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve warranty inquiries and issues.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions, and provide regular reports to the finance team on warranty expenses and budget management.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct regular evaluations of the warranty process and make recommendations for improvements to ensure that our certification programs are meeting the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures, excellent communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the finance and accounting industry is a plus.
