Minimum Requirements:

  • Fresher or Proven 2 years' experience as a help desk support or other customer support role.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Management Information Systems, or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
  • High levels of computer literacy and proficiency in English
