  • Ensures accurate and efficient inventory management by monitoring inventory levels, tracking sales data, and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Merchandises produce effectively by creating visually appealing displays, arranging products in an attractive and accessible manner, and ensuring proper signage and labeling.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, making product recommendations, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and respectful working relationship.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certification in food safety and handling preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software.
