Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
    • Manage a portfolio of customers, comprising primarily non-borrowing customers.
    • Ensure timely updating of Know Your Customer (KYC) and conduct due diligence.
    • Effectively manage current account excess and account conduct management.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling
    • Cross-sell bank products (new accounts, assets, trade, FX, and bancassurance) to increase product penetration across the customer portfolio.
    • Refer and upgrade customers to other units within the segment, viz. Sales & Coverage Relationship Manager.
  • Performance Management
    • Achieve monthly and annual KPI objectives (portfolio, revenue, X-sell, and activations).
    • Maintain Daily Sales Reports on business performance for review.
  • Learning and Growth
    • Participate in assigned People Development and Learning & Development programs.
    • Ensure participation in assigned training and Learning & Development programs.
    • Awareness of competition offerings and offer suggestions to the line manager to improve products/processes.
  • Internal Processes
    • Ensure strict adherence to prescribed Sales & Compliance processes as per Bank's policies.
    • Adherence to governance & controls to proactively identify, manage, and minimize/mitigate potential losses.
    • Adhere to agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across applicable areas.
    • Adherence to all prescribed internal processes to ensure satisfactory Audit Ratings.
    Requirements
    • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, or a related major field of study.
    • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience in banking in customer service/sales/client-facing roles.
    • Commercial banking experience will be an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
