Client Programs Management

  • Supervise all boutique-level client engagement initiatives and implement strategies defined by Central CRM, including client expansion tactics and retention programs.
  • Design and spearhead local client engagement actions to foster exceptional CRM practices that enhance revenue and support client loyalty and growth.
  • Manage e-client engagement initiatives in collaboration with local call center and e-commerce teams, focusing on identifying outreach opportunities, developing gifting strategies, reducing return rates, and boosting repeat purchases.
  • Effectively prioritize project execution to meet established deadlines and objectives.
  • Proactively manage project roadmaps and propose initiatives to enhance CRM programs.
  • Oversee the ambassador program by conducting calls, developing presentations, and managing training materials.

Applications, Systems & Tools

  • Lead the deployment, adoption, and training of internal client engagement applications across all retail teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and best practices, outlining priorities for the application development roadmap.
  • Work with Central CRM and IT to guide pilot programs and change management for system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with local and Central IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Communication Strategy

  • Direct the department's communication efforts for retail teams.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with other departments and cross-functional partners to facilitate client engagement discussions across various communication channels.
  • Coordinate CRM actions and communications for retail store openings and closures in collaboration with local Events and Central CRM teams.
