Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing the hotel's budget, supervising staff, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and food and beverage staff.
  • Budget Management: Manage the hotel's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations are meeting high-quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and that their needs are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in hotel operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA), are an asset.
