  4. Problem-Solving: Our Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for researching and resolving client inquiries and issues at the point of sale.
  5. Face-to-Face Communication: The candidate should have experience in handling face-to-face client communication.
  6. Team Collaboration: The incumbent will work closely with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for customer queries.
  7. Consultative Selling: Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clients versus just being an order taker.
  8. Flexibility: Open to work in a flexible environment, including roster off, public holidays, and festivals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in sales and customer service is a must.
  • Qualification: Must be a graduate with a degree in travel and tourism or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Salary: AED 3,750.00 - AED 4,750.00 per month (based on experience) with a commission structure.
