Job Description

Menasa & Partners FZ-LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR systems, processes, and technologies to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Development and Pre-Sales: You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute business development strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Delivery and Implementation: As a seasoned HR professional, you will lead the delivery and implementation of HR projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • Consulting and Internal HR: With a strong background in consulting or internal HR, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Education and Certifications: You will possess a strong educational background in IT, Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or a relevant master's degree. Additionally, certifications in related methodologies, such as PMP, CIPD, SHRM, and Lean Six Sigma, are highly valued.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: As a leader and team player, you will demonstrate strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to coach and mentor others to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to operate and understand project management disciplines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is required.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: You will be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment with flexible work hours.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel is essential for this role.
