Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production program, including scheduling and coordinating with the engineering and operations team.
  • Schedule and complete works orders for joinery items, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders from drawings and update the procurement schedule.
  • Monitor and control production output, ensuring it meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly manufacturing performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing joinery, preferably with a background in bench joinery.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
