Role Overview

The Staff Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the secure and efficient management of employee housing in accordance with established Human Resources policies and entitlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security of staff accommodation and that all employees are housed according to their entitlements.
  • Maintain all assets within the accommodation facilities, including buildings, furniture, and operational equipment.
  • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the accommodation at all times.
  • Exercise authority regarding security measures, room assignments, and cleanliness standards.
  • Provide effective supervision of external cleaning staff, security personnel, and contractors operating on the premises.
  • Regularly compile and submit the Accommodation Occupancy Report and any other relevant documentation to the Director of Talent & Culture.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and grooming at all times.
  • Possess strong communication skills and customer service abilities, along with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate teamwork capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
