Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products to architects, designers, and consultants in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and conduct outreach to potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Presentation of our company's products to architects, general consultants, interior designers, contractors, and fit-out companies.
  • Specification of our products in the prospect's current/future projects through activities such as product samples presentation, explanation of product features, sample/mockup preparation, and submittal document preparation.
  • Collaboration with the sales and technical teams to ensure that prospects receive all necessary information to specify our brand/product.
  • Assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range.
  • Gathering market information on new design product ideas and sharing with the Brand Owner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Building materials sales record, preferably in the Building Materials industry.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Professional level of English and Arabic language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
