Job Description:
As an International Fundraising Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to secure funding from international banks, investment funds, and private investors. You will drive fundraising efforts with a target of USD 30 million or more annually, building and maintaining relationships with international financial institutions, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, you will represent our company at global conferences, forums, and investor meetings, preparing high-quality financial proposals, investment materials, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Fundraising Strategies: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve targets
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with international financial institutions, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals
- Financial Proposal Preparation: Prepare high-quality financial proposals, investment materials, and presentations
- Investor Meetings: Represent our company at global conferences, forums, and investor meetings
- Financial Analysis: Monitor financial trends to identify new opportunities for fundraising
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in fundraising, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a proven track record of raising USD 10 million or more
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, financial modeling, and international fundraising expertise
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1/C2); additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic are an advantage
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible work environment options, career growth opportunities, exposure to international markets, and high-profile investments.
