Job Description:

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating project functions, preparing documents, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project support and document control to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and records
  • Assist managers with daily administrative tasks and provide general project support
  • Prepare monthly invoices and maintain correspondence related to projects
  • Coordinate with different departments to complete tenders and submit them on time
  • Submit quotations to clients and prepare purchase orders
  • Follow up on procurement and logistics for material delivery and coordinate with accounts department for invoice postings
  • Generate sales orders and submit to finance team for invoicing
  • Filing of acknowledged invoices and documents such as Materials Requisition, Local Purchase Order, Delivery Notes, Quotation, and incoming/outgoing documents

Education and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and at least 1 year of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills.
