Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the central filing system, handling confidential matters with care, and ensuring proper EDP procedures are followed. They will also assist visitors, handle phone calls and messages, and follow up on pending items.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in a similar capacity in a 4 or 5-star hotel or restaurant
- High school diploma
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
