Lead Generation Specialist

The Sales Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing the incoming demand and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) for all lead generation programs. This role will manage the company's telesales/leads programs, which includes external outbound telesales vendors and general leads, to launch and grow this new acquisition channel for Red Castle's products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Business Strategies: Establish and follow written business rules to ensure 100% accountability for all lead generating activities.
- Support Sales Teams: Create inquiries and qualified leads to support the sales forecast for Red Castle on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Generate Qualified Leads: Utilize experience to recommend techniques to marketing and CRM management to increase the number of qualified inquirers who respond to Red Castle's promotional efforts.
- Forecasting: Deliver qualified leads from sales inquiries generated by the company (or external vendors) and guide systems and processes to give sales teams qualified sales leads.
- Lead Distribution: Distribute inquiries and leads to sales teams within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Predictable Lead Arrival: Collaborate with Red Castle's agencies (Marketing/CRM) to create a blend of sales inquiries that arrive on a predictable schedule each month.
- Follow-up: Work with sales management to ensure that 100% of all sales inquiries are followed up.
- Scoring/Grading: Understand how to grade inquiries based on answers to profile questions.
- ROI Analysis: Ensure that sufficient quantitative and qualitative research has been completed with prospects and customers to inform management decisions about the ROI for lead generation.
- Formulas: Understand the formulas used to predict marketing/CRM ROI.
- Reports: Report on inquiry activity by product, source, and source type, and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports showing sales results from sales inquiries and leads.
- CRM Management: Understand the CRM system and work to ensure that it delivers qualified inquiries (sales leads) in a timely fashion to sales teams.
- Database Management: Understand database marketing and make recommendations about the type of database structure needed.
- Fulfillment: Ensure the fulfillment of prospect requests for information within set SLAs.
- Marketing Automation: Understand and guide inquiry nurturing processes that ultimately deliver sales-ready leads, including email, telemarketing, printed fulfillment, webinars, and marketing automation programs.
- New Technologies: Have a working knowledge of new technologies such as business intelligence, account-based marketing, and predictive marketing software.
- College degree (BS or MBA) preferably in marketing, or comparable life experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of industry experience in sales or proven marketing achievements in a related industry.
- Experience as a marketing communications manager is a plus.
- An understanding of product positioning, promotion, and return on marketing investment is required.
- Technical competence to judge various programs that manage inquiries (SaaS, CRM, and SFA programs, marketing automation software, etc).
