About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out potential clients, including businesses, corporations, event planners, travel agents, and individual customers, to generate leads and promote services.

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals, stay informed about market trends and client preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business growth and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and guide clients through the booking or purchase process, ensuring a seamless experience and excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or Exceed Sales Goals: Proactively pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline of leads, and convert them into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
