Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, in collaboration with the General Manager.
2. Create the sales budget by setting sales targets and performance goals.
3. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to evaluate progress towards meeting targets and adjusting strategies as necessary.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
5. Support our partners by promoting and selling their products and services to their existing and new potential customers.
6. Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
7. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior leadership.
8. Recommend product and services improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is desirable.
3. MBA in Marketing or equivalent is a plus.
4. 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the UAE/Gulf region.
5. Previous experience within the Defence and Security sector is a plus.

1. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in spoken Arabic preferred.
3. Advanced prospecting skills with the ability to generate new business leads.
4. Strong presentation abilities.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
6. Energetic, results-oriented, with excellent decision-making skills.
7. Demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
8. Strive for excellence.
9. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
